Decent breakfast, but not clean

I stayed for a night in a Standard Twin Room. The breakfast was pretty awesome and the morning staff were super nice. But honestly, cleanliness was a big issue. My room felt kinda dirty and uncomfortable, which was a downer. The bar area was alright, though. Wouldn't rush back, to be honest.

The advertised rate was lower than what I paid, which was frustrating.

Friendly staff, convenient location, fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of options, including a full English and poached eggs, made our stay enjoyable and relaxing, being situated just across the road from the Festival Theatre and within easy walking distance to the town centre.

Everything was spot-on.
